Reviews and Ratings
The hotel rooms were clean, yet the shower was not properly checked before our stay, leading to a less than pleasant surprise. The room was meant for three guests, and although it was not ready until almost 2 hours past check-in time, it did not fully meet our expectations. The service was positively highlighted by the helpfulness of two employees who went out of their way for a simple request. The location was convenient for our event but parking turned out to be a hassle with a distant parking garage. The dining experience was mixed, with delays in service but impressive food quality.
The hotel offers a great location in downtown Denver with easy access to various attractions. The rooms provide a nice view of 16th Street, but noise could be a nuisance, particularly in the mornings. The service showed a mix of helpfulness and some late-night disturbances, while the dining options were decent but on the pricier side. Overall, a good stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel is centrally located in downtown, close to shops, bars, and restaurants which is ideal for those who prefer walking over driving. The rooms were unfortunately dirty upon check-in, but the service was professional and courteous. While the dining options were good, they seemed a little overpriced due to currency rates. A great choice for those who want to be right in the center of everything.
My stay at the hotel was overall great. The rooms were somewhat small for the cost, but having a couch and table made it extremely helpful for my business trip. Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready at 3:30, but I decided to upgrade to a 'city view' for an extra $15 per night, which was worth it. The location was walking distance to every attraction and place I wanted to see, which was very convenient.
